This is the final image I created. As one can see, there are major changes and alterations. I took my peer's critiques into consideration and lightened the background. I also added some layers of lillypads behind the purple flowers just so the did not get lost within in the image. I wanted to portray the feel of flowers  floating on water and I thought the smaller purple flowers would have looked better on top of a base.

This is the first image I created using Adobe Photoshop. It is very pretty and elaborate, however, I felt it was just a little too dark. Also, some of my peers felt like the image would have fit better over a brighter background or realistic scenery.
